| Abstract: | Methylparathion, parathion, and paraoxon have an almost identical influence on the electrical ocular response of the white mouse: action on the photoreceptors, synaptolytic effect, and possible damage of the bipolar neurons. However, methylparathion and parathion can be differentiated from paraoxon by their immediate action on the photoreceptors, action which might result from the presence of sulfur in their molecular structure. |
