| 摘 要： | 阐述我国农村公共物品的供给制度经历了3个阶段：人民公社时期、家庭联产承包制时期、税费制度改革之后的时期，它们的本质相同，其绩效却不同。其中人民公社时期的供给制度相对有效，而家庭联产承包制时期和税费制度改革之后的时期则相对无效。
