| 摘 要： | 目前的居住区水景，大都为美观而设计，忽视了水景的节能和维护。为了解决居住区水景在前期设计与后期养护之间存在的矛盾与问题。本文选取昆明市近期推出的近20个中高档居住区进行普查。并选取四个存在差异的水景进行重点研究。选取适宜的景观评价体系，运用二维模糊综合评价的方法，计算排列出它们的综合质量排名和各评价单元排名。根据研究结果得出居住区水景设计存在的问题并提出解决办法。

| Abstract: | At the present time, designers use waterscapes to beautify the resitantial quarters, but they usuaUy neglect the problems of emergy saving and waterscapes＇ maintenance. In order to resolve these problems, a general investigation of 20 resitantial quarters in Kunming Cit3, was carried out, and four different types of waterscape R.Q. are mainly studied. The proper landscape evaluation system were chosen, so as to figure out the rank of comprehensive quantity and each evaluation unit by two dimensional methods of misty comprehensive evaluation. This thesis intended to provide new thinking for future designs and development direction. |
