| 摘 要： | 研究抗黑1(H1)、抗黑2(H2)、抗木(M)3株拮抗细菌对桃子的褐腐霉和芦柑的青腐霉拮抗效果的结果表明,H1细菌对褐腐霉有明显抑制作用,H2细菌对青腐霉有明显抑制作用;根据形态特征和生理生化特征,对3株细菌进行的初步鉴定结果表明,3株细菌均属于芽孢杆菌属;对3株细菌抑制病原真菌的机理做了初步探讨,3株细菌均不分泌抗生素,推测可能是以竞争性的生长方式抑制病原菌的孢子萌发。

| Abstract: | The antagonistic activities of three bacteria strains(H1,H2 and M) against citrus blue mildew(Penicillium italicum) and pearl hese mildew were tested.The result showed that strain H1 could obviously inhibit the hyphae growth of pearl hese mildew,strain H2 could obviously inhibit the hyphae growth of citrus blue mildew.Based on their morphological,physiological and biochemical properties,the three strains were tentatively identified as Bacillus sp.The mechanisms of these bacteria inhibiting the pathogen hyphae were preliminarily studied.These bacteria didn′t excrete antibiotics,so they might inhibit spore germination by competitive growth. |
