蒜薹采后病原真菌鉴定及侵染特点的研究

摘    要:以不同贮藏条件的蒜薹为材料,研究了蒜薹贮藏保鲜过程中主要病原真菌的种类及侵染特点。结果表明:从蒜薹上分离出4个属,9种病原真菌,其中葱鳞葡萄孢霉Botrytis squamosaJ.C.Walker]和交链孢霉AlternariaNee ex Wallr.]为蒜薹采后优势致病菌,其感染指数分别为81.1%和72.2%;在0℃条件下,蒜薹贮藏120~150 d后开始明显发病,其中薹梢和薹基发病最重。

Abstract:We studied the categories and infection characteristics of prominent pathogens of garlic sprouts in storage of different conditions.The result showed that the storage of garlic sprouts for 120~150 d at the temperature of 0 ℃,9 species of pathogenic fungi was isolated and identified,among which,Botrytis squamosa J.C.Walker and Alternaria Nee ex Wallr.had preponderant statues(81.1% and 72.2% of index of infection).Two diseases caused a great of rot and mold at the top and base of garlic mainly.
