| 摘 要： | 分子标记辅助育种是指利用分子标记与决定目标性状基因紧密连锁的特点，通过检测分子标记，即可检测到目的基因的存在，达到选择目标性状的目的。该方法对大豆从表形到基因型进行遗传操作，具有大幅提高育种效率，实现大豆品种定向遗传改良的作用。对国内外大豆遗传图谱的构建、质量性状基因定位、数量性状基因定位以及分子标记辅助育种的研究进展进行综述。

| Abstract: | Marker assisted breeding is a breeding method that can select target gene by identifying the existence of molecular marker,which tightly links to target gene that control special traits.Soybean can be manipulated from phenotypes to molecular so that breeding efficiency can be increased tremendously and directional improvement can be finally realized.The paper summarizes particularly the research progress on constructing genetic linkage map in soybean,qualitative trait loci,quantitative trait loci and molecular marker assisted breeding. |
