四气门柴油机进气道性能的试验研究

摘    要:利用所研制的单独气道和四气门柴油机试验缸盖系统,研究了进气道的不同形状组合、两进气道布置的相对位置对四气门柴油机进气道性能的影响。气道布置角度的变化对流量系数影响不大,但对无因次涡流有很大影响。单气道工作方式下,这种影响取决于气道形式,对切向气道的影响较螺旋气道大;两组合气道工作方式下,这种影响取决于气道形状的不同组合及两气道之间的相对位置,两个螺旋气道组合时影响最大。

Abstract:With an experimental cylinder head and a single port of a four valve diesel engine, an experimental study on the stationary flow test bench was carried out. The influence of intake ports combination and layout on intake port flow characteristics was explored in four valve diesel engine. The change of port layout angle has little effect on the flow coefficient while playing an important role in the non dimensional swirl. In single port operation, the port type decides the influence, which is stronger in directional port than that in helical port. In two port operation, the various combination of port type and relative position of two port decide the influence, which is strongest under the combination of two helical ports.
