农业区域化管理初探

本文针对我国农户分散经营的现状，提出农业区域化管理这一概念，目的是使分散经营联合起来，达到规模化经营的效果。农业区域化管理作为统筹全国农业整体发展的一种管理方法，在新形势下，将会有效地改善农业组织及农产品生产加工中分散、层次不高的现状。本文还就农业区域化管理中农业发展的二元制衡、制度创新和技术创新作了分析。

Study on the Management of Agricultural Regionalization

In view of existing agricultural situation, the paper presents the concept of the agriculture region management. The aim is to combine the individual farmers together to achieve the effect of collective management. As a management method, the agriculture region management will impel the agricultural development of the whole country. It will also change the situation of low level individual management, agricultural organizations and agricultural production. The paper also analyses the dual track balance, the institutional innovation and the technological innovation in agricultural development.
