| 摘 要： | 番茄品质育种主要集中在外形美观、大小适中、着色均匀、高VC含量、高可溶性固形物含量、高糖度、高糖酸比、高番茄红素含量及耐贮运相关品质性状等方面。本文综述了番茄品质相关评价、遗传分析和育种的研究进展,并分析了番茄品质育种中存在的问题及今后的育种目标和技术路线。
