| 摘 要： | 一些中小型农业工程的招标工作，建设方往往自己组织，在开标评标时用Excel弥补专业软件缺乏的不足，同样可以实现自开标到产生中标候选人过程的自动计算。本文结合位山灌区一工程招标实例。对Excel公式和表格的编辑进行说明。

| Abstract: | For some middle and small scale agricultural projects tenders,the constructor often own organizes,in opening sealed tenders and choosing through public appraisal.Excel can make up the specialized one,and may realize automatic computation from opening sealed tenders to producing successful bidder.This paper shows the use of Excel for mule and form edition with a example of Weishan Irrigation District. |
