摘    要:分别吸附收集白星花金龟Potosia brevitarsis Lewis成虫取食桃果实过程及桃果实单独存在环境中的挥发性物质, 经GC-MS分析发现,成虫取食桃果实环境中含有桃果实中检测不到的信号化合物乙醇。在田间初步评价了乙醇及其8种类似物甲醇、正丙醇、异丙醇、正丁醇、异丁醇、叔丁醇、正戊醇、正己醇对白星花金龟成虫的引诱活性。结果表明:甲醇、乙醇、正丙醇及异丙醇等对试虫均有一定的引诱作用,其中乙醇及异丙醇的引诱活性最高;乙醇10倍稀释液的引诱活性与未经稀释的乙醇相当,100倍稀释液的引诱活性明显降低;异丙醇的引诱活性随着供试浓度的降低而降低;乙醇与异丙醇以等体积混合时的引诱活性较佳,其3种比例混合物的引诱活性均随着使用浓度的降低而降低。

Abstract:The semichemical ethanol of Potosia brevitarsis Lewis from the volatiles which was collected from air passed over peach fruits infested by the beetles was identified using GC-MS. The attraction of ethanol and its 8 analogous——methanol, n-propanol, i-propanol, n-butanol, i-butanol, t-butanol, n-pentanol and n-hexanol were determined in the field. The results showed that methanol, ethanol, n- and i- propanol had attractive activity to the scarab beetle, in which the activity of ethanol and i-propanol were much higher. The attraction of ethanol was as the same as its 10 times dilution, but the activity of propanol was decreased as its diluting time increased. In the blends of ethanol and i-propanol, the ratio with highest activity was 1∶ 1(V/V). And the attractive activity of all the blends became lower as the concentration decreased.
