摘    要:以玉米杂交种川单15号为基础材料,通过复合化学药剂“40mg/L MH+4%DMSO+MS培养液”注射花丝诱导孤雌生殖,经自然加倍获得玉米分离变异材料。采用南北穿梭加代系谱育种法,用自交系R08作测验种,在M3及其衍生的M5分离世代连续选择优良单株测配和选育,育成玉米新自交系K363及其组配的杂交种正红211,提高了育种效率。正红211在四川省区试中平均产量为7183.6kg/hm2,比对照川单15号增产10.0%;籽粒粗淀粉含量高达79.6%;并具有抗病、抗倒伏力强,株型好和适应性广等特点,适宜丘陵山区种植,具有广阔的推广应用及加工利用前景。

Abstract:Maize hybrid Chuandan15 as source population,the female parthenogenesis were induced after injecting chemical mutagen(40 mg/L MH 4%DMSO MS medium) into the silks,and segregating mutants were obtained by natural doubling.Through the shuttle pedigree breeding between North and South,a new maize inbred line K363 and the corresponding hybrid Zhenghong 211 were developed by repeating test of elite individual plants selected from M_3 and its derived M_5 segregating generations with the inbred line R08 as tester.The average yield of Zhenghong 211 was 7183.6kg/hm~2 in Sichuan regional trails,10.0% higher than that of the check Chuandan15.Zhenghong 211 has fine characters.Its starch content of kernels reaches up to 79.6%,it has multi-resistance to diseases and lodgings,good plant type and wide adaptation.Zhenghong 211 is suitable for planting in hilly areas,and with abroad prospect for extension and processing.
