赛乐硒对西门塔尔母牛发情周期生殖激素分泌的影响

摘    要:以赛乐硒为硒源,研究了日粮(混合精料+玉米秸秆)添加不同水平硒(0、0.3、0.6和0.9mg/kg)对西门塔尔牛育成母牛发情周期生殖激素分泌的影响。结果表明,赛乐硒提高了母牛发情周期LH、FSH、P4、E2水平,0.3和0.6mg/kg组显著高于0.9mg/kg和对照组,0.9mg/kg组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。由此推断0.6mg/kg处理对发情周期生殖激素分泌有显著促进作用,兼顾基础日粮含硒量,建议日粮硒水平为0.67mg/kg。

Abstract:Sixteen Simmental heifers were chosen and allocated into four treatments and supplemented selenium with levels of 0,0.3,0.6 and 0.9mg/kg by selenium plex to evaluate the effects of selenium plex on reproductive hormone excretion during the oestrous cycle.The results showed that serum estradiol,luteinizing-hormone,follicle-stimulating hormone and progesterone concentrations were increased significantly(P<0.05) by supplemental selenium plex at 0.3 and 0.6mg/kg DM treatments compared with 0.9mg/kg and control group;and 0.9mg/kg group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).It was indicated that selenium plex had positive effects on reproductive hormone during estrus cycle by supplemental selenium at 0.6mg/kg.Considering the selenium content in basal diet,the optimum selenium level of diet is 0.67mg/kg DM.
