| 摘 要： | 用60Coγ射线辐照棉铃虫老熟雌蛹,在其后代中发现1只雌性成虫体色突变体,该成虫突变体通体为深褐色。通过对该成虫体色突变体的遗传分析,成虫体色突变体自交后代中突变体与野生型的分离比例约为1.82∶1,突变体回交后代的分离比例约为0.93∶1,表明该成虫体色突变体是位于常染色体上单基因控制的显性遗传性状,且具有隐性纯合致死的特性。

| Abstract: | The matured female pupas of Helicovrpa armigera were mutagenized with()~(60)Co γ-rays,a body color mutant was discovered in the hybrid progenies,and the color of the mutant was dark brown.The results of genetic analysis showed that segregation ratio of wild type to mutant was about 1.82:1 in progenies of mutant self-cross,and about 0.93:1 in progenies of backcross.This indicated that the body color mutant was monogenic autosomal dominant inheritance,and this gene disorder could induce recessive lethal mutation. |
