NaCl胁迫对玉米萌发及幼苗生理的影响

摘    要:为了解作物盐胁迫下植株体内生理变化,以郑单958和浚单20玉米品种为材料,利用模拟的盐胁迫条件研究了盐胁迫对玉米萌发及幼苗生理变化的影响.结果表明:玉米种子吸水率和萌发率与盐胁迫程度呈负相关,幼苗可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、脯氨酸在重度胁迫下的含量均高于轻胁迫下的含量.不同玉米品种间受盐胁迫影响程度存在差异.

Abstract:Two maize varieties,Zhengdan 958 and Xundan 20,were selected as the materials to study the effect of salt stress on germination and seedling's physiology of maize in a simulative condition.The results indicated that water absorption and germination rate of the seed are negatively correlated with the salt stress.The contents of soluble sugar,soluble protein and proline of the seedling are higher in heavy salt stress than that in light salt stress.Influence degree of the salt stress is difference on the maize...
