| 摘 要： | 种质资源是进行科学研究和新品种培育的重要物质基础,是农业可持续发展战略资源的一部分,收集和保存西瓜甜瓜对于促进我国西瓜甜瓜育种和科研工作具有重要意义。文章介绍了西瓜甜瓜种质资源的收集、保存及繁殖更新的主要途径和一般方法,旨在为促进我国西瓜甜瓜种质资源的收集保存提供参考。

| Abstract: | Germplasm resources are the foundation of breeding and genetic research. Germplasm is also the strategic resources for the development of sustainable agriculture. Collecting and preserving of watermelon and melon germplasm are very important for enhancing our breeding and genetics research. In this article,we described the protocols for collecting,preserving and regenerating of watermelon and melon germplasm,for the purpose of enhancing collection and preservation of watermelon and melon germplasm in China. |
