| 摘 要： | 大肠杆菌病是引起仔猪腹泻的重要原因之一,该病目前主要靠药物来进行防治,但由于抗菌药物的不当使用,很多常用的药物敏感性下降。恩诺沙星是普莱柯生物工程股份有限公司根据市场耐药性的调查结果研制出来的新型制剂,为了考察其临床使用效果,选用豫北地区30日龄的患病仔猪进行治疗,同时用进口恩诺沙星注射液和国内市售恩诺沙星注射液进行对比,观察治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Prevention and treatment for Colibacillosis are mainly dependent on medicine at present. Colibacillosis is one of important reasons which lead to the piglet diarrhea. However the sensitivity of many used drug is decreased because of the improper use of antibiotics. Enrofloxacin Injection is a new preparation manufactured by Pulike Biological Engineering Limited Company according to investigation on drug resistance from market. In order to observe its clinical results, the curative effect test was studied by thirty sick piglets in north Henan, and saled import and domestic Enrofloxacin Injection were used as control. |
