摘    要:[目的]研究低温胁迫下4个不同剑麻品种叶片生理生化指标变化与剑麻抗寒性的关系。[方法]采用不同的低温处理4个剑麻品种,并测定其叶片叶绿素含量、电导率以及丙二醛含量的变化。[结果]低温胁迫后,4种剑麻叶片内叶绿素含量均呈下降趋势,但在4 ℃以下处理后,金边弧叶龙舌兰叶片叶绿素含量仍持续下降,其他均出现明显上升现象;低温胁迫后,叶片电导率以及丙二醛的含量均出现不同程度的上升,但抗寒性较差的品种其上升幅度明显大于抗寒性较好的品种。[结论]电导率和丙二醛含量变化可以作为剑麻的抗寒性鉴定指标。

Abstract:[Objective]The aim was to study the relationship between changes of physiological and biochemical indexes in leaves of 4 kinds of A.sisalana varieties and cold resistance under low temperature stress.[Method] 4 kinds of A.sisalana varieties were treated under different low temperature,the chlorophyll content in A.sisalana leaves all presented downward trend,but below the 4 ℃,the chlorophyll content in A.hybrid leaves was also decreased,others were obviously increasing.The conductivity and MDA content in A.sisalana leaves were increased in different degree under low temperature stress,but the rising range of variety which was sensitive to low temperature was higher than cold resistant varieties.[Conclusion] The changes of conductivity and MDA content can be used as cold resistant identification indexes of A.sisalana.
