| 摘 要： | 茶叶中含有几茶素类等茶多酚和维生素,将茶资源（叶、籽、渣等）作为绿色饲料添加剂科学应用于鸡禽养殖业中,可有效促进提升免疫功能、促进生长和增强生产性能等,而且利于提升鸡肉、鸡蛋等产品质量的作用,更可以延长茶产业链,实现茶资源的全价利用、跨界开发,科学应用前景广阔.

| Abstract: | Tea contains polyphenols such as catechins and vitamines, and so tea resources including leaves, seeds, extracted residue leaf and etc can be used as poultry feed additive for chickens and poultry breeding. Tea in the feed will be helpful for promoting chicken growth and enhancing their immune function. The quality of poultry products such as chicken meat and eggs were improved. The use of tea in feed will extend the tea industrial chain and realize the full utilization of tea resources. |
