摘    要:以6个四倍体西瓜材料做母本,10个二倍体西瓜材料做父本进行不完全双列杂交试验,统计每个三倍体杂交组合F0的单瓜可育种子数量、着色秕籽数量、中心可溶性固形物含量、单瓜质量,结合父母本的部分性状进行相关分析,研究不同父母本组合对三倍体无籽西瓜单瓜可育种子数量的影响。结果表明:三倍体西瓜F0代单瓜可育种子数量与四倍体西瓜母本可育种子数量、着色秕籽数量和三倍体西瓜F0代单瓜质量显著相关,相关系数分别为0.53、-0.32、0.72;三倍体西瓜F0单瓜着色秕籽数量与四倍体西瓜母本单瓜可育种子数量、单瓜着色秕籽数量和三倍体西瓜F0代的单瓜质量、果实中心可溶性固形物含量显著相关,相关系数分别为-0.51、0.72、-0.36、0.33。不同杂交组合三倍体西瓜F0代可育种子数差异显著,父、母本的效应均显著。

Abstract:Correlation analysis of fertile seed number, empty seed number and center flesh sugar content of F0 fruit of triploid watermelon and seed characteristics of male and female parent was carried on 60 hybrid combinations created between 6 female and 10 male parents using incomplete dialled cross. Results showed that seed yield (number for fertile seed per fruit) was significantly related to fertile seed number and colored empty seed number of female parent (tetraploid watermelon) and fruit weight female parent;correlation coefficient were 0.53,-0.32 and 0.72 respectively. The empty seed number in hybrid production fruit was significantly related to fertile seed number, empty seed number of female parent fruit, fruit weight and center sugar content of female parent fruit; correlation coefficient were -0.51,0.72, -0.36, 0.33 respectively. Hybrid seed yield differed significantly among combinations, affected by both female and male parent.
