双甲脒防治桑树害虫朱砂叶螨的研究

摘    要:双甲脒(Amitraz,Mitac)对朱砂叶螨的毒性比三氯杀螨醇(Dicofol)对照慢,但总毒性比对照强。室内24小时后测得的LC_(50)值分别为38.0ppm和25.1ppm在48小时后测得的LC_(50)分别为8.9ppm和17.2ppm。双甲脒对朱砂叶螨卵有很好的杀灭作用,用50ppm浓度即可以全部杀死,效果高于对照。田间防效:用20%双甲脒1500倍(133ppm)喷药后第四天和第八天分别为92.36%和99.01%,高于对照;田间对朱砂叶螨持效期11天左右。对家蚕的残毒期约为10天。

Abstract:The results showed that the toxicity as well as the efficacy of Amitraz for killing eggs and controlling Mulberry Red Spider-mite (Tetranychus cinnabarinus Boisduval) was superior to those of Dicofol. Although the 24-hours LC50 of Amitraz and Dicofol were 38. Oppm and 25. 1 ppm respectively, and the 48-hours LC50 of both were 8. 9ppm and 17.2ppm respectively, the poison of Amitraz was more powerful. Its 50 ppm solution was able to kill all eggs. The controlling efficacy of 133ppm Amitraz solution was 92. 36% on the 4th day and 99. 01%on the 8th day after spraying,keeping the poison to the mite for 11 days in the field. Its residuary toxicity to domesticated silkworm was approximately 10 days.
