This report shdws: for storing hybrid rice and its CMS line seeds through summer using low temperature barns, the suitable time when the seeds should be warehoused is before June every year, and the safe time wberi the seeds could be translered out or the machine could be shut down is Decenber the same year and before May the next year. If the seeds must be transfered out of the barns in summer and autumn, the temperature of the seeds must have a process that can make it go slowly up to the point that is similar to the temperature in common barns in a comparatively long time. When the moisture content of the seeds is about 11% , they can be stored in low temperature barns, in underground barns with lower 'humidity, even in common barns, through a few summers.
