摘    要:介绍了根据高粘、易凝原油管道的研究成果建立的完整性维护决策系统.该系统依据风险评价的结果进行决策分析,制定适合的维护措施,并在维护策略实施后依靠再次风险评价进行效果监测.将高粘、易凝原油管道的失效模式分为穿孔、断裂、凝管和设备故障四大类,并分别针对腐蚀穿孔、裂纹导致断裂和凝管风险,应用结构可靠性原理和断裂力学建立了风险概率及后果评价模型.同时,还针对打孔盗油、外力破坏导致断裂等模糊性较强的失效模式,应用模糊影响图技术建立了半定量风险评价模型,制定了风险可接受标准.应用研究成果对国内某管道进行了风险评价,给出了维护建议.

Abstract:A pipeline integrity maintenance resolution system is established in the light of high-viscous and congealable crude oil. The system makes resolution analysis on the basis of risk assessment results, sets up compatible maintenance measures,and monitors the effect made during next risk assessment following the practice of maintaining policy. The viscous and congealable crude pipeline is divided into such four kinds of its failure pattern as perforation,rupture,congealing and equipment failure,and risk probability and consequence assessment model are built up applying structural reliability principle and rupture mechanics aiming at perforation,crack induced rupture and congealing. The data from pipeline internal inspection may be used for realizing quantitative risk assessment. Fuzzy influence chart technology,on failure patterns with strong fuzzy characters of tapping for oil stealing and rupture caused by outside forces, is applied in establishing semi-quantitative assessment model,and works up an acceptable risk standard as well. The study result is applied in field for the risk assessment of a domestic pipeline and a maintenance advice is given.
