摘    要:Ester-IAA可以作为Free-IAA源供给植物生长发育,并能防止Free-IA A被氧化.目前已有一些利用GC-MS定量测定Ester-IAA及IAA的报导,但尚未见到定量测定ABA-G的文章.本文利用GC-MS-SIM法定量测定毛白杨休眠芽中IAA、Ester-IAA,ABA和ABA-G.

Abstract:Ester-IAA supplies Free-IAA for the growth and development of plants,and prevents oxidation.Although some research papers measuring Ester-IAA and IAA appeared resently,reports quantifing ABA-G by GC-MS are still lacking.The aim of our study is to quantify IAA,Ester-IAA,ABA and ABA-G simultaneously in buds of Populus tomentosa.
