摘    要:目的]采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定普洱茶中金属元素的含量。方法]普洱茶样品经粉碎干燥后,用硝酸-高氯酸混合液进行消解处理,采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定K、Ca、Mg、Mn、Fe、Na、Cu、Zn、Cr、Ni的含量。结果]普洱茶中金属元素的含量为K〉Ca〉Mg〉Mn〉Fe〉Na〉Cu〉Zn〉Cr〉Ni,各元素的加标回收率为98.56%~103.02%,RSD为1.07%~2.97%,准确度和精密度均符合要求。结论]火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定普洱茶中金属元素的含量是可行的。

Abstract:Objective]The research aimed to determine the content of metal elements in Puer tea using flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry(FAAS).Method] Puer tea samples were broken and dried,and then were digested by mixtures of HNO3 and HClO4 by wet digestion.And the content of K,Ca,Mg,Mn,Fe,Na,Cu,Zn,Cr and Ni were determined by FAAS.Result] The contents of 10 kinds of metal elements in Pure tea were K>Ca>Mg>Mn>Fe>Na>Cu> Zn>Cr>Ni.The recoveries of standard addition of various experimental elements were 98.56%...
