新疆棉花比较优势分析

20世纪90年代以来,在国家的大力支持下,新疆棉花生产发展迅速。2005年棉花播种面积1743.8万亩,总产达到195.7万吨,建成了全国最大的优质商品棉基地。棉花生产对自治区国民经济的发展起到了极其重要的作用,棉花收入也成为新疆农民收入的重要来源。2000年以后,新疆更是将棉花作为经济的发展的主要物质,新疆棉花在全国棉花行业也是一枝独秀.撑起中国棉花的半壁江山.新疆棉花的生产优势不但在自然条件上具有优势,在规模上,资源利用上等都具有一定的优势.本文用比较优势的方法分别从规模优势,效率优势和综合比较优势上来分析1994-2005年新疆棉花在中国的产业发展规律。

Comparative Advantage Analysis of Xinjiang Cotton

Since the 1990s,strongly supported by the government,cotton production in Xinjiang has been developing rapidly.In 2005,1743.8 million mu were planted with a total production of1.957 million tons,which enabled Xinjiang to become the biggest high quality merchandise cotton producing base in China.Cotton production has played an extremely important role in the regional economy and income from cotton has become a chief source of the farmers in Xinjiang.The producing advantages of the cotton in Xinjiang lie not only on natural advantages,but also producing size and the resource utilization.The paper,with the method of comparative advantage,analyzed the developing regularity of the Xinjiang cotton from 1994 to 2005 in the industrial development of China,respectively from the aspects of the scale advantages,the efficiency advantages and the comparative advantages.
