卡松对苹果炭疽病菌的抑菌活性研究

摘    要:在实验室条件下 ,采用菌丝生长速率测定法 ,测定了 1.5 %卡松水剂对苹果炭疽病菌的毒力。结果 1.5 %卡松对供试苹果炭疽病菌菌株GC 1、GC 2的EC50 分别为 1.1665和 1.4941mg/L ,表明卡松对苹果炭疽病菌有很好的抑菌活性。

Abstract:Under the condition of laboratory, the inhibitive activity of 1.5% Kathan to the pathogen of apple anthracnose, Colletotrichum gloeosprioides, was studied by means of mycelium growth rate method. The results showed that EC 50 of 1.5% Kathan to the isolates GC-1 and GC-2 of the pathogenic fungus was 1.1665 and 1.4941mg/L, respectively. The result mentioned above suggested that Kathan had a good inhibitive effect on the causal organism of apple anthracnose.
