萝卜雄性不育小孢子发育过程中物质代谢的研究

摘    要:以 2个秋萝卜、1个春夏萝卜雄性不育系及其保持系为试材 ,研究了在不同发育时期萝卜叶片和花蕾中的淀粉、可溶性糖及游离脯氨酸含量的变化。结果表明 :在苗期和花期叶片中 ,不育系中各物质的含量均高于保持系 ;而不育花蕾中各物质含量均低于可育花蕾。认为小孢子发育过程中物质亏缺是导致其败育的重要原因 ,而营养器官中各物质向生殖器官运输受阻可能是导致不育花蕾中物质含量下降的原因之一。

Abstract:The material metabolism of male sterility of two autumn and one spring-summer radishes(Raphanus Sativus L.)was studied. It was found that the contents of soluble sugar, starch and free proline were higher than that of male fertile ones. But the contents of above materials were lower in male sterile flower buds than that in fertile ones. So the deficiency of materials led to the degeneration of microspores. The abnormal transportation to anther from leaves resulted in the decrease of materials in male sterile anthers.
