摘    要:利用47 对SSR 引物对我国56份高油栽培大豆的遗传多样性进行分析.结果表明: 47对SSR引物在上述品种中共检测到289个等位变异,平均6.15个;引物遗传多样性指数在0.223 9~0.858 7,平均0.667 9;品种间遗传相似系数变异在0.117~0.926,说明高油大豆中存在丰富的遗传变异.利用品种间的遗传相似系数进行聚类分析结果可将56份材料分为6个类群, 其类群分布表现出一定的地域相关性.

Abstract:Genetic diversity of 56 high oil soybean cultivars from China were analyzed by using 47 pairs of SSR primer.The results showed that 289 alleles were produced by 47 pairs of SSR primer.The average allelic richness of polymorphic locus was 6.15.The index of genetic diversity ranged from 0.223 9 to 0.858 7 with an average of 0.667 9.The genetic similarity coefficients among all high oil varieties ranged from 0.117 to 0.926.It indicated that there actually existed sufficient genetic diversity among the high oil varieties.Cluster analysis results showed that 56 high oil soybean cultivars could be classified into 6 groups by using the UPGMA method according to the genetic similarity coefficient and the cluster pattern was correlated with the geographical distribution of the high oil soybean varieties to some degree.
