4种画眉草抗旱性比较

摘    要:对4种画眉草抗旱性做了对比试验,研究表明,当画眉草Eragrostis nindensis处于水分胁迫状态时,其叶片相对含水量明显下降;4个画眉草种间叶片叶绿素含量变化,在正常条件下,叶片叶绿素含量2.993.60 mg/g,处于水分胁迫状态时,嵩明画眉草E.songmingensis叶片叶绿素含量最高;4个画眉草种的抗旱性顺序依次为:嵩明画眉草>寻甸画眉草E.xundianensis>寻甸画眉草变种E.xundianensis var.>弯叶画眉草E.curvula,这一结果与4个画眉草种的叶片相对含水量以及叶片叶绿素含量变化相符。

Abstract:This study shows that the relative water content of the leaves of four Eragrostis species was obviously decreased under the situation of soil water stress. The order of drought resistance of the four species was: E. songmingensis> E. xundianensis >E. xundianensis var. > E. curvula. The changes of relative water content in the leaves were consistent with the change of chlorophyll content in leaves.
