我国农村新的致贫因素与根治对策

“三农”问题是我国21世纪全面建设小康社会的重大问题,而减少贫困人口是其核心任务之一。本文全面分析了当前我国农村出现的环境破坏、教育消费、人才流失、疾病、信息匮乏、机制变化等新的致贫因素,剖析了这些因素的特点和危害,并提出通过城乡一体化、产业多元化、农民现代化和社会保障全面化等复合举措,消除新致贫因素的影响,最终实现共同富裕。

Analysis on Reasons and Countermeasures to Cure Impoverishment in Rural Area

In the 21th century,the problems of China's agriculture,rural and farmer,is the grave question in the process of building "welloff society" in our country,while decreasing the number of the poor is the key task.In this article,the author analyses roundly the reason that impoverishes poor,such as the destroy of environment,the high cost of education,the lose of able person,illness,the lack of message,the change of mechanism and so on.After pointing out its character and harm,the author puts forward that in order to eliminate its impact,countermeasures should be taken immediately,such as urbanrural integrating,manyfaceted developmental models,farmers' modernization,and roundly social security.
