摘    要:郑椒11号是郑州市蔬菜研究所以自交系L122为母本、L198为父本配制而成的早熟辣椒一代杂种。果实羊角形,果长20~28cm,果肩宽3.5cm,果肉厚0.3cm,果色黄绿,味辣;单果质量50~80g,667m2产量4750kg左右;每100g鲜果中含维生素C105mg,可溶性总糖2.78g;抗病毒病、疫病能力强;适宜露地和保护地春早熟栽培,亦可秋延后栽培。已在河南、安徽、山东、陕西、河北等地示范种植。

Abstract:Zhengjiao No.11 is a new hot pepper F,hybrid developed by crossing inbred line L122(female parent) with inbred line L198(male parent).It is sheep-horn pepper with length of 20-28 cm,shoulder diameter of 3.5 cm,flesh thickness of 0.3 cm,and yellow-green skin.The average fruit weight is 50-70 g.667 m2 yield is 4 750 kg.The vitamin C contents it 105 mg/100 g and the soluble solid content is 2.78 g/100 g fresh fruit.The variety is resistant to viruses and Phytophthora blight.It is suitable for cultivation in open fields and protected fields in early spring,and also can be cultured in protected field in autumn.It has been tested in Henan,Anhui,Shandong,Shaanxi and Hebei provinces.
