| 摘 要： | 用TG/DTG方法研究了小颗粒状“胶乳法”氯化天然橡胶物料（CNR）的干燥过程中干燥速度变化的阶段性，温度、空气流量对干燥速率的影响。结果表明，其干燥过程主要由升速、恒速和降速阶段组成。温度对干燥速率的影响比空气流量更显。根据试验分析建立了描述整个干燥过程的数学模型。 |

| Abstract: | The drying features of tiny Chlorinated Natural Rubber(CNR)granules were analyzed by Thermogravity Analyzer.It was found that the drying process of the granules mainly included three drying stages:accelerated,constant and low.The drying temperature gave more obvious impact on the vaporizing rate of moisture in the granules than the drying air flux.A mathematical model de-scribing the drying process was developed based on the experiment data. |
