兵团知识产权保护疏议

当前,新疆生产建设兵团的科学技术水平迅速发展。科技的快速发展使知识产权保护更显迫切。所以开展新时期兵团知识产权保护的研究已十分重要。本文研究了兵团知识产权保护的现状不足并基于此提出改进建议。如加强兵团知识产权战略的研究与运用,并使之纳入到兵团发展战略之中;重点强化兵团农业知识产权保护;强化兵团知名品牌的知识产权保护措施;加强对兵团知识产权的司法保护,尽快设立兵团法院知识产权审判庭等。

The Study of the Intellectual Property Protection in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps

As the science and technology of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps are quickly developing,it's urgent to protect its intellectual property.This paper studied on the present condition of the Corps' intellectual property and put forward the improvement proposal,such as strengthening the research and utilization of the intellectual property strategy.and causes it to bring into line with the Corps developmental strategy;Key strengthens the Corps agriculture intellectual property rights protection;Strengthened the Corps well-known brand intellectual property rights protective measures;Strengthens the judicial protection of the Corps intellectual property rights,sets up the Army Corps Intellectual Property Court as soon as possible and so on.
