摘    要:对明光市管店镇、三界镇、明南街道和明光街道12个村种植、养殖及人居面源污染分类调查和核算分析发现,人居污染是该地区农业面源污染的主要污染源,养殖业污染较为严重,相较于农家肥、有机肥等,化肥使用仍占种植业施肥主导。明光市农业面源污染治理应强化政府在农业面源污染治理中的主导作用,激发农户科学生产的积极性;推广畜禽养殖场污染治理工程技术,提高畜禽粪便等农用废弃物的资源化利用水平;转变种植业发展方式,大力发展绿色农业。

Abstract:The investigation and calculation of the non-point source pollution of planting, breeding and habitation in the 12 villages of Guandian Town, Sanjie Town, Mingnan Community and Mingguang Community of Minguang City reveals that: habitation pollution is the main pollution source of the agricultural non-point source pollution in the area; breeding pollution is much serious; chemical fertilizer, compared with farm manure and organic fertilizer, is still the dominant fertilizer in planting. Government should play a leading role in the control of agricultural non-point source pollution, stimulate famers'' initiative in scientific production, popularize the control technologies for farm pollution, improve the utilization of livestock manure, promote the transformation of the development mode of planting industry, and vigorously develop green agriculture.
