摘    要:目的]为了解决仁用杏易遭受晚霜危害,选育出抗晚霜能力强的新品种。方法]以4株抗晚霜能力强的仁用杏优株初花期花枝为试验材料,经人工霜箱低温处理后取其花瓣、雄蕊、雌蕊,测定了过冷却点、电解质渗出率、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性、可溶性蛋白含量。结果]优异种质36号的抗寒能力最优。不同品种间的抗寒性存在明显差异。花器官抗寒能力顺序为花瓣〉雄蕊〉雌蕊。结论]该研究为新品种的选育工作提供了理论依据。
