| 摘 要： | 公共安全风险是在复杂的多因素的交互作用下产生的,风险随时间不断扩散与积聚,最终风险能量超过临界水平导致现实性损失。建立农村公共安全风险的识别与评价体系,实现农村公共安全风险预警及自适应控制是保障农村公共安全的合理途径。

| Abstract: | As important components of risk,the risk-diffusing and energy-accumulating theory has been developed for several years.The public safety risk forecast in rural played a more and more important role in the prevention of public safety risk.These theories,including safety risk,risk forecast,safety risk adaptation,can give us a panorama of public safety. |
