小陇山森林生态效益初步评估

以小陇山林区森林资源数据,采用现代森林生态效益计量评价理论和方法,对小陇山林区的森林效益进行了初步评估计算,年平均总效益值为25.57亿元。其中直接效益为2.20亿元,净化水资源、森林蓄水、防止泥沙、固土、保肥、改良土壤、固碳、释放O2、吸收SO2、野生生物保护、病虫害防治、游憩效益等公益效益为23.37亿元。直接效益与公益效益的比值为1?10.64。

Preliminary Estimate on Ecological Benefit of Xizolongshan forest

Using forest resource data in Xiaolongshan forest area,adopting the modern theory and method of metrological evaluation of forest ecological benefit,the forest benefit of Xiaolongshan forest area was preliminarily estimated.The result indicated that the average annual benefit value was two billion five hundred and fifty-seven million Chinese Yuan.Among them,the direct economic benefit was two billion two hundred million Chinese Yuan,the public benefit was two billion three hundred and thirty-seven Chinese Yuan,of purifying water resource,conserving water by forest,preventing mud,fixing soil,maintaining fertility,improving soil,fixing carbon,releasing oxygen,absorbing carbon dioxide,conserving wild life,controlling diseases and pests and tourism and so on.
