| 摘 要： | 为了提升兰州市经济发展水平，改善兰州市环境质量，促进其经济与环境的协调发展，笔者运用层次分析法从综合经济效益和综合环境效益两个方面构建指标体系，建立研究模型，利用协调发展的相关计算模型分析了兰州市2000-2009年经济与环境协调发展度的变化及其类型。结果表明兰州市环境与经济发展的协调程度类型总体来看属于协调发展类型并且发展水平逐年稳步上升，2000-2001为初级协调发展类型；2002-2005年为中级协调发展类型；2006-2007年为良好协调发展类型；2008-2009年为优质协调发展类型。另外，2009年经济发展水平高于环境发展水平，其余年份经济发展水平均滞后于环境发展水平。表明兰州市经济环境的协调发展整体水平比较合理，但是协调发展的背后问题依旧很多，必须从可持续发展角度促进兰州市整体实力的提升。
