| 摘 要： | 为了提高农民对信息的接收利用率，浙江省实施了具有多种信息终端，可双向交流、网上群发等多种功能的农民信箱工程：系统由省市联到乡村，普通农户都建有信箱。三年总目标100万用户，第一年10万用户顺利建成并初见成效。

| Abstract: | For the sake of raising the receiving rate and utilization of the information for the farmers,the Zhejiang province brings the project of mailboxes of farmers into effect which has multiple information terminals and various functions such as intercommunication and group-delivering on line :The system is from city to country and all common farmers have their own mailbox.The three-year target is 1 million users.100 thousand consumers of the first year was established successfully and which has been showing their early effect. |
