摘    要:研究有效阻止家蚕滞育发动的措施发现 :在家蚕滞育发动期间 ,仅用过氧化氢酶 (catalase ,CAT)的专一性抑制剂 3 氨基三唑 (3 amino 1,2 ,4 triazole ,AT)处理滞育性蚕卵仍不能阻止家蚕滞育发动 ;但先用AT处理抑制CAT活性后 ,再用H2 O2 处理可有效阻止家蚕滞育发动。

Abstract:The research on method of preventing diapause evocation of silkworm eggs found that the diapause evocation of silkworm diapausing eggs could not be stopped when it was treated with 3 amino 1,2,4 triazole (AT) in the course of 96 h after oviposition,and when the silkworm diapausing eggs were firstly treated with AT and then treated with hydrogen peroxide, the diapause evocation could be stopped and the eggs hatched. The results showed that the enhancement of hydrogen peroxide level of diapausing eggs can stop the diapause evocation of silkworm.
