Due to serious disastrous wind and snow, the ecological environment in the Laofengkou windy area of Tacheng, Xinjiang is fragile, which has directly affected the sustainable social and economic development in the Tacheng Basin.Being one of the key ecological engineering projects in Xinjiang, the Laofengkou engineering has achieved remarkable results.
