檀香树叶和种子对文昌鸡生长性能和抗氧化性能的影响

摘    要:为了研究檀香树叶和种子对文昌鸡生长性能和抗氧化性能的影响,将180只鸡随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复15只鸡。对照组饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础日粮,试验1、2、3组分别在基础日粮中添加8%发酵檀香树叶和1%檀香种子、4%檀香树叶和1%檀香种子、3%檀香树叶和2%檀香种子。结果表明,在玉米-豆粕型日粮中添加檀香树叶和种子可以提高文昌鸡血清超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathione peroxidase,GSH-PX)的活性(P<0.05),且试验3组对文昌鸡血清抗氧化性能的改善最为明显;但试验组对文昌鸡的生长性能无明显效果(P>0.05)。提示,日粮中添加檀香树和种子可以增强文昌鸡的抗氧化机能,且与添加量呈正相关。

Abstract:In order to study the effects of leaves and seeds of S.album on growth performance and antioxidant function of Wenchang chickens. 180 70-day-old Wenchang chickens were randomly allocated to 4 groups. Each group had 3 replicates and 15 chickens per replicate. The control group was fed with the basal diet, test groups 1, 2 and 3 were fed basal diets containing 8% fermented leaves and 1% seeds, 4% leaves and 1% seeds, 3% leaves and 2% seeds of S.album respectively. The results showed that leaves and seeds of S.album supplementation significantly increased serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) activity of Wenchang chickens (P<0.05), but no evident effect on performance was observed(P>0.05). The result implied that leaves and seeds of S.album supplementation in diets could improve the antioxidant function of Wenchang chickens, and add the quantity was positive correlation.
