摘    要:综述了目前国内外关于植物花粉萌发的研究进展,如在花粉萌发和生长过程中Ca2+通道的开启、信号的转导、Ca2+通道的阻塞、钙调素的作用,另外还有其他重要的矿质元素、植物生长激素对花粉萌发和花粉管生长的作用及其作用机制等。

Abstract:The plant pollen germination is an important progress of the reproduction and growth of plant and also very complex.In the article,we summarized the researches on pollen germination of plant.For instance,the researches on the setup of the Ca2 channel and signal transduction,how the Ca2 channel was restrained and how the calmodulin worked in the progress of pollen germination and growth of pollen tube.In addition,other important mineral elements and plant growth hormone were reviewed.
