| 摘 要： | 新疆奎屯河流域位于天山北坡地区,为准噶尔盆地温带干旱荒漠与绿洲生态区.奎屯河流域是北疆具有代表性的流域之一,其生态文明建设意义重大.本文分析了奎屯河流域存在的生态问题,提出了本流域生态文明建设的主要工程措施及建议,概括说明了生态文明建设的主要效益.

| Abstract: | Xinjiang Kuitun River basin is located in the north slope of Tianshan Mountain.It belongs to temperate zone arid desert and oasis ecological region in Junggar Basin.Kuitun River basin is one of the representative river basins in Northern Xinjiang.Its ecological civilization construction has important significance.In the paper,existing ecological problems in Kuitun River basin are analyzed.Main engineering measures and suggestions of economical civilization construction in the river basin are proposed.Main benefits of economical civilization construction are summarized and described. |
