桑品种耐盐性的隶属函数法之评价

摘    要:对 4个桑树品种在盐 (NaCl)胁迫下的营养生长、叶片脯氨酸含量、K /Na 、桑叶超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性、过氧化物酶 (POX)活性、谷胱甘肽 (GSH)含量以及丙二醛 (MDA)含量、质膜相对透性等 9个耐盐生理指标进行了筛选和分析 ,并用隶属函数法对测定值及其增跌幅值进行检测 ,评价桑树的耐盐性。结果表明 ,桑树品种的耐盐性以“新一之濑”最强 ;“育 15 1”最弱 ;“湖桑 32”和“桐乡青”相似 ,介于强弱之间

Abstract:Nine physiological indexes such as vegetative growth,proline contents,K /Na ,activities of superoxide dismutase and peroxidase,glutathione contents and malondiadehyde contents,membrane relative permeability in four mulberry varieties under salt stress are analyzed.The salt tolerances of these four mulberry varieties are evaluated with subordinate functions by determining their overall indexes and the change of the indexes Results indicated that the salt tolerance of"Xinyizhilai"was the strongest,the salt tolerance of"Yu 151"was the weakest,and Husang 32 was similar to"Tongxiangqing"situated between Xinyizhilai and Yu 151.
