摘    要:本文介绍用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法快速检测马铃薯叶片及块茎内的马铃薯卷叶病毒(PLRV),检测叶片的最高稀释倍数为1/128,检测块茎的最高稀释倍数为1/64。马铃薯病株的顶部叶片和底部叶片的病毒含量不同,而又没有一定的规律性。马铃薯感染PLRV后可表现为底叶卷叶、部分全株卷叶或顶叶卷叶,有的品种无症;还有一部分植株虽然表现出各种卷叶症状,但并不是由PLRV所致。我院马铃薯育种圃内常用的杂交亲本的带毒率为31.21%;在黑龙江省的几个主栽品种上均可检测到PLRV。

Abstract:PLRV was detected in potato leaves and tubers successfully by ELISA with end dilution points of 1/128 and 1/64 respectively. The virus concentraions of top leaves and bottom leaves may be different from each other, and varied irregularly. PLRV induced various symptoms, including curling of bottom leaves or top leaves. Some symptomless plants also carried PLRV. Otherwise, some plants. with curl leaves were not infected with PLRV, but caused by other unknown reasons. The infection rate of parent materials of breeding, stock in our college plot is 34.21%. PLRV had been detected from the main commercial cultivars in Heilongjiang province.
