钢管壁面喷砂除锈作业线的设计

摘    要:以细长钢管为研究对象,采用先进的喷砂技术,集喷砂、回收、分离、净化于一体,设计一条细长钢管内、外壁喷砂除锈半自动作业线。试验结果表明:作业线动作准确,工作稳定,喷砂质量达到设计要求;同时配合三废治理,改善了劳动条件,保护了环境;是替代钢管酸洗的理想工艺,可广泛应用于农机、石油、化工、冶金等领域。

Abstract:As an example of sand spraying technique, a sand spraying line was designed for removing rust both inside and outside of a steel pipe. The designed sand spraying line has the functions of sand spraying, sand recovering, sand/air separating and dust removing. The test results demonstrated that the operating line worked accurately and stably and both the sand spraying quality and the productivity met the design requirements. Meanwhile, the new system was also designed to be friendly to the environment and is a good alternative means of the conventional acid pickling technology. It can be applied in many fields such as agricultural machinery, oil industry, chemical industry, ship building engineering and so on.
