生物技术在玉米育种中的应用

摘    要:综述了玉米育种上应用的几种生物技术,其中单倍体技术包括花药培养、Stock6单倍体技术,化学诱导孤雌生殖技术;分子标记技术包括SSR、RFLP、RAPD和AFLP.概述了各种技术的方法、特点和应用.

Abstract:In this paper several biotechnologies that were utilized in maize breeding were introduced.There were haploid technique including:1,anther culture: a series of maize hybrids such as Guisan 1,Guihua 1 and Yudan 358 et al had been bred with this method;2,Stock6 haploid technique: at present,parthenogenesis inducing line-Gaoyou 1 and Gaoyou 2 inbred lines were obtained with stock6 haploid technique,and a lot of research institutes are carrying out the work;and 3,chemical mutagenesis parthenogenesis technique.Molecular marker techniques includes SSR,RFLP,RAPD and AFLP.And the method,characteristics and application of these new techniques in maize breeding were introduced
