| Abstract: | In this paper several biotechnologies that were utilized in maize breeding were introduced.There were haploid technique including:1,anther culture: a series of maize hybrids such as Guisan 1,Guihua 1 and Yudan 358 et al had been bred with this method;2,Stock6 haploid technique: at present,parthenogenesis inducing line-Gaoyou 1 and Gaoyou 2 inbred lines were obtained with stock6 haploid technique,and a lot of research institutes are carrying out the work;and 3,chemical mutagenesis parthenogenesis technique.Molecular marker techniques includes SSR,RFLP,RAPD and AFLP.And the method,characteristics and application of these new techniques in maize breeding were introduced |
